Photoshop does not work without deleting settings folder

Whenever I start up my pc and use Photoshop I cant do anything without getting the error: "Could not complete your request because of a program error." Also closing the app is not possible by pressing on the X.

I had 2 seperate Adobe agents take over my pc and delete the "Adobe Photoshop 2023 Settings" folder in the %appdata%

 

This seems like the only way to start up Photoshop and get it to work.

 

Does anybody now how I can fix this?

 

System: Windows 11 version: 10.0.22621

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080ti

Photoshop version: 24.6 (issue also ocurs on different versions)

    The same here, with Windows 10.

    „Der Vorgang konnte nicht ausgeführt werden, weil ein Programmfehler aufgetreten ist.“
    (Disabling GPU acceleration does not help)

     

    And I do not want to reset my settings without getting a compensation. Apart from the fact that I can not work
