photoshop doesn't work

hey,

please i need someone's help..

i'm paying for photoshop and lightroom plan. but it doesnt let me download photoshop to my computer.

it tequest payment for the photoshop why is that?

You should be doing that through the Adobe Creative Cloud app. Log out of that app. Restart your computer and re-open the Creative Cloud App if it's not automatically open. If it still won't work, in the upper right hand corner click on Manage My Account. In there it should say your account status.

Never close the Adobe Creative Cloud app.
