Photoshop dropdown menu options

When I right click a layer for options in either Photoshop or Illustrator it opens up this dropdown menu. On my Windows pc it opens up the options instantly, on Mac however I have to scroll all the way up if I need something from the bottom.

Hi there,

That doesn't sound right, it opens up the full menu at my end. Would you mind telling us which macOS version are you on?
Also, which version of Photoshop are you working with?

Please try updating both the OS and Photoshop and then let us know how it goes.

    Latest version on both, I have had this problem since the start (2 years ago) but only recently started using Photoshop a lot more and figured there would be a more efficient way of doing this. A friend of mine has the same "issue" so surely it must be a setting right?
