Photoshop error 205

I have gotten the error 205 for only Photoshop, no other apps. I have tried all the solutions listed on the support pages, and looked through community pages and tried these fixes. I have logged out of CC and done reinstalls for Photoshop too. I have done command prompts and other things too for it. My credentials work fine. Creative Cloud is up to date, too. Is there anyone who can help? I can't just make new windows account either, unfortunately. The screenshot looks clear or like it is first time use, due to me clearing app data as some others suggested.

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
