photoshop error-"The specified module could not be found" (title edited for clarity)

As you have mentioned you are unable to use Photoshop as it fails to launch with an error message "The specified module could not be found".

Could you please let us know the version of Adobe Photoshop you are using, also, let us know the operating system of your machine with its version.
