Photoshop Feature request not available anymore

Greetings!
I spent a day trying to find feature request for photoshop forum or link or any thing as the Uservoice for adobe illustrator , any idea ?

It's now a subsection of this forum, called "Ideas". It's right up at the top of the main page here. That is the official feature request channel, and the main advantage is that you can vote. So that gives the developers an impression of how much user demand there is. The same goes for the "Bugs" subsection.
