Photoshop File Corruption After Crash

My computer crashed while I was working on a document and now all the layer combined into one multi coloured pixilated mess. Usually it pulls up a recovered version when this happens. I have auto recovery turned on but for some reason it didnt save any files this time. And I cant find a way to convert it back to normal, ive tried online converters and some recomended from Adobe. Please help me!!
