Photoshop Filter Galley is not working

Hello everyone -

Yes, I do have the settings on RGB and on 8-bit - but still - my filter gallery is not working properly.
Every time I try to use the Half tone effect (and all other filters too, btw) it gives me something very weird.

Has anyone else the same problem?

Can you try turning off the eyeballs for the five filters you have applied, then turn on only the Half Tone effect. Does this solve it for you?

You might also try enabling the others one at a time, then in smaller groups.
