After a recent Windows system restore Photoshop flashes but only when I move the cursor. I have tried all of the remedies for "Photoshop Flashing" without success. These issues seem to be a constant flashing but mine only happens when cursor is moved.

Here's my PC specs.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
MOBO - Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX
Memory - G.Skill DDR5-6000 (4 ea 16Gb. Total 64 Gb) P/N: F5-6000J3238F16G-fx5
Graphics card - PNY GeForce RTX 4080
Storage - 2 each 2TB P3 NVMe PCIe 3.0 M.2 Internal SSD
OS - Mindows 11 Pro 64 bit

Photoshop is the latest version as has been uninstalled and reinstalled

Hi there @rickd21996267! Does the flash cover the entire screen? Graphic glitches often point to issues with the GPU, like outdated drivers. Can you try going to Edit > Preferences > Performance (Windows) and uncheck "Use Graphics Processor"? After that, restart Photoshop and see if the error persists. Also, please check if there are any driver updates available for your GPU. Thanks a bunch!

Cheers, Alek 😊
