Photoshop for iPad won't open files direct from Procreate or install brushes from anywhere.
For months now Photoshop on my iPad has not sync'd with Procreate on my iPad. I called Adobe customer service and was given the run around but repeatedly and REPEATEDLY assured that this was a Procreate problem and not at all a Photoshop problem and for me to address it with Procreate before the agent hurried me off the phone. (He must have had a hot date or something because he could not wait to hang up with me.) Now I can't even install brushes and I've lost hundreds of custom brushes because I reinstalled the app.

Steps to reproduce the problem? Try to share a .PSD from Procreate to Photoshop, it opens Photoshop, but nothing else happens. Try to install brushes, it opens Photoshop, but nothing else happens. I'm dead in the water here.
