It is an insult to any photoshop user to suggest that they use photoshop express.

We need a full-ps-app support on that device, not limited versions like PS Express etc. It should be possible!

I switched to the Tab S8 Ultra from a gen 3 iPad pro with less power and ram that handled PhotoShop and layers quite well. Express isn't adequate for drawing and heavy editing. The tablet can handle it why does the iPad get special treatment?

Because the iPadOS is the only OS Adobe has developed Photoshop for thus far.
