Hi community,
I have PS 26.7.0 installed. and also the latest PS Beta 26.8.0. when I create a new action and click on Select Subject (cloud version) while uploading steps, both photoshops freeze while progressing. And I can't get any further. Do you have the same problem? I don't know if it's a bug or it just doesn't work for me. Can you tell me if you have the same problem?

I'm working on a MacBook 16" - 2023 Apple M3 Max RAM - 96 GB | macOS Sonoma v14.4

Dear @Ged_Traynor ,

So I found out that if I leave it for a few minutes, it starts up, then it stutters for a moment, and then it starts up again, so I guess I just need to give it some time.

Thank you for your help.

Dear @Ged_Traynor,

Thank you for your feedback. I'm going to give it a try. I need to do a bulk background removal on 3000 fashion studio photos.

@Filip30788466teu8 just tested on my system, and it's working fine with Photoshop version 26.7 on Windows 10, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset
