Photoshop freezes when I export a file

Photoshop freezes when I export a file, freezing when the file explorer pops up, However, I am still able to use other programs whilst photoshop is frozen. It was working earlier in the day before a Windows Update, which will not uninstall. Additional Information: (Photoshop is up to date, I have ample Disk space (more than 100 gbs), Photoshop is the only program running at the time. I can still save files on photoshop, but can't export them. I'm on Windows 10)
