Photoshop from windows to mac

Hi all,

tried to find an answer but did not succeed yet.. Have paid subscription on windows for Lightroom and photoshop. Just got my first macbook, really struggling as everything is so different. Even afraid to open lightroom cuz photoshop already makes me crazy. I do not have panel abowe and also... where are my actions and extensions? Do I need to install them all again?? Crazy....
