Photoshop going slightly off screen

Question

I have a wacom cintiq 13 and it's set up as a second screen. After updating photoshop to the latest version of CC 2018, it now goes slightly off the bottom of my screen. The long side tool bar cuts off before it can get to the bottom. Making the window smaller doesn't help as it still scales to that size. I've tried changing the UI size but it's already at 100%

Hi Georgia.

What exactly do you have on the main monitor, and what on the cintiq?

Have you made a custom workspace to make use of two screens?

Have you tried tweaking the workspace, and saving it again?

It might be difficult to show us your entire workspace with two screens, but if your keyboard has a Print SCRN key, try holding the Shift key and tapping Print SCRN. That should copy your entire workspace to the clipboard. Then paste it to this thread with Ctrl V

I have a Cintiq Companion 2 sitting in a cupboard somewhere. I don't use it much, but I can dig it out and fire it up if it helps.

One other point. You mention CC2018 which is and old version and no longer supported. If you are using CC2018, is there any reason why you have not updated?
