Currently remote working via Cloud PC (Windows App version 2.0.559.0) - what version of Photoshop is GPU compatible with Cloud PC? Downgraded to 25.12.4 long-term supported version and I am still getting the GPU error

So Photoshop is running on the remote VM? That's not likely to work well in any context. A VM will not be able to access GPU functions directly. You need an actual local PC that meets the Photoshop system requirements.
