Photoshop has lost its commands!

Question

Hi! Please let me know what is there with PS 27.2 (MBP M2), as the selection tool Opt-Cmd-R does do its things completely own, that means, that it doesn't know anymore as to how change the brush size using the keyboard, or how to (increase) decrease the brush size using the Option key?? Some 2-3 boots. The same thing appears again. Is there some data in the PS file preventing the the right doing??

Thanks for the reply, Claire H! Well, I never knew as to how the problem was corrected; I tried every single thing, the problem stayed - and then it was lost. Now, I hope for the best in the future &#128578;. Anyway, I've encountered this every now and then, and no clue where does it arise from...
