Meu Photoshop IA demora muito para ser processado, já fiz tudo e nada funciona, e a empresa adobe não presta uma assistencia tecnica relevante!

Hey, @Luh38902128ss2k. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community, and I found an active support case in your account.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted.

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.

@Luh38902128ss2k Not clear what you've tried already - any adjustments to the application won't improve AI responsiveness - it all has to do with your network. Here are some things to check:

1. Network speed - if your connection is slow, AI will be slow.

2. WiFi connection - if using WiFi you should be connecting at 5 ghz not dual-band or 2.4 ghz.

3. Firewall settings - check Windows Defender and make sure Photoshop, Adobe, Firefly are allowed.

4. Try another network - if on a laptop try connecting to another network.
