Photoshop Image Artifacts and Screen Glitch

Hi! Today is August 1st. Photoshop had opened with a weird window talking about something about screen display, unfortunately I forget exactly what it said and did not screenshot it . Whenever I move my mouse around to do anything in Photoshop ( and illustrator) the screen glitches and causes image artifacts and sometimes the display of photoshop will split and move to the other side of the screen, making it overly irritating to work with. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I am using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch) that I bought used, but it was in perfect shape up till now. The program still runs smooth its just the glitching and screen movement that makes it to much of a pain to work with. It sucks because I had just gotten this computer not that long ago!
