Question

Photoshop immediately unresponsive with a frozen beachball upon opening.

No response when clicking around and an indication that the program is "not responding" when I go to force quit. I'm working on a Big Sur Mac and the problem even persists when I deinstalled and reinstall. 
Any solutions?
