Photoshop Incompatible with my PC

For some reason, even though I updated all my drivers photoshop still tells me that my PC's system is incompatible. I'll just copy things about it to see if you can help me spot something that I couldn't that I was missing. Let me know if I should share any more specs to help:

Installed RAM 16.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Ryzen 5 5600x does not have an integrated gpu, so you will need a dedicated gpu if you want to use Adobe CC apps. I have a Ryzen 5 5600x build with a dedicated gtx1650 4g dedicated gpu and runs all Adobe apps flawlessly. You can also opt to replace your processor with either a Ryzen 5 5600g or Ryzen 7 5700g. Both have igpus that can run Adobe apps but not as smooth as having a dedicated video card.
