Photoshop Installation Stuck on Initializing – Need Help!

@bladimir_9303 I would double-check your internet connection. A slow or unstable connection can interrupt the download and cause it to hang. Try connecting with an Ethernet cable if you're on Wi-Fi. Also, temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software you have running, as they might be interfering with the installation. Just remember to turn them back on afterward! 

Sometimes, background processes can cause problems. Try closing any unnecessary programs running on your computer. That's including any streaming videos or music in the background too! You can also try running the Creative Cloud app as an administrator. Right-click on the Creative Cloud icon and select "Run as administrator." This can sometimes resolve permission issues.
