Photoshop is becoming increasingly laggy on start up

Question

since last year photoshop has become increasingly buggy and lags alot on start up. even after following the " optimization Guide" it still lags. When you try to open an document it wastes upto 6-10 mins lagging.
Seriously adobe is this what you acll service.

Is the splash screen visible throughout this period?

How many fonts, brushes, other presets do you have installed and loaded?
How many plugins? Try launching while holding down the shift key?

Could you have a corrupt font?

What are your system specs? Open Photoshop and go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread.

How many drives do you have? How much free space on your primary Scratch drive?

Is your operating system in good health?

Is that enough to be getting on with?
