Photoshop is disabled

I have Photoshop version CS3 on my Windows 10 computer.  I bought this version a number of years ago, and have been using it for years.  I now get a pop up message that says, "Your unlicensed Photoshop has been disabled."

I PAID for this version years ago, so why did Adobe disable my version?  It's not an unlicensed version, I bought it from the Adobe website.  I uninstalled CS3, but I still get the pop up, plus, when I re-install it, my version is still disabled.  How do I get this error pop-up to stop popping up, and get my version CS3 to work again?

I think you're out of luck. Adobe has stopped supporting old CSx products and shut down the activation server for CS-CS4 product several years ago.

CS3 is a dead product.

I'm sorry, but I don't have any better news for you.
