Photoshop just stopped working

Hi Guys, recently Photoshop just stopped working on my PC. I am running Windows 11. I have tried all sorts, and now I can't even click the button 100% total unresponsive.

I have the Creative Cloud Standard and all the other programs are OK any help, please?

@Robert29660496y2w7 have you tried restarting your computer? Did you try resetting Photoshop preferences? Try that first

Hi, how do I re-set the preferences, I cant even open photoshop
