Photoshop keeps deleting my actions

Sometimes, when I open Photoshop, it gives me an error box, and all my actions are deleted. This is the third time this week and 9th time all together since less than a month. I am not pressing any keyboards buttons, and I don't notice thing out of the ordinary before it happens. Obviously I have my action folder backed up, but this is getting a bit annoying.

I didn't make changes to my actions set. I have been using the same actions for a year - never had this problem. This started less than a month ago.

Are you saving the Action Set (folder) that your actions are in? It has to be saved every time you make a change. If so, you should be able to reload the .atn file from the Action Panel menu.
