Photoshop Legacy Gradients

I have a new subscription with Adobe. The apps I am trying to use are primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and Indsign. My problem at this time is that my Photoshop app does not have Legacy Gradients and I am wondering why it does not and what to do about it.

      Look in Window > Gradients > Legacy Gradients > Legacy Default Gradients
