Photoshop Libraries can't accept content when using Apple Silicon version

When running Photoshop 2024 natively on Apple Silicon, Libraries within Photoshop can't accept brushes, objects or other content. After working with Adobe support, they discovered that Libraries will only work if you launch Photoshop in Rosetta (Intel mode) from the Creative Cloud app.

It would be nice to fix this feature so that we don't have to launch in Intel mode.
