Photoshop löscht ständig meine Aktionen

In letzter Zeit verschwinden immer mal wieder sämtliche von mir angelegte Aktionen und Tastaturbefehle aus Photoshop (Version 27.4). Es passiert nach Updates aber auch einfach so. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, da ich sie dann neu anlegen muss. 

Habe bereits in folgendem Ordner nach den .ATN Dateien gesucht, um die Aktionen vielleicht wiederherzustellen:

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2026\Presets\Actions

Dieser ist leider komplett leer, von älteren Versionen ebenfalls.

 

Gibt es noch einen Speicherort, wo ich suchen könnte? Oder sind diese für immer verloren?

Wie verhindere ich, dass das Problem weiterhin auftaucht?

    Hey, @leona_b. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here. 

     

    This can originate when the preferences are corrupted. The steps below will back up the current preferences and replace them with a completely new set. You’ll have to set up actions, shortcuts, & any other saved preferences and presets, hopefully, one last time. 

     

    Here goes, please make sure there are no stale preferences in your Photoshop. Go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup.

    • Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings

    • You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe

    • Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2026 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2026. old), You can restore these preferences later if needed.(https://adobe.ly/4860qM9)

    • Restart the computer.

    These changes will provide a fresh start to Photoshop, much like a new installation.
