Photoshop Magnifier lags the panning with hand tool.

1. Open magnifier in full screen size on my second monit

2. 100% zoom on main monitor (photo has to be twice as large as monitor resolution or more)

3. switch to hand tool and try to pan the image holding mouse left button down and dragging across the screen.

You will notice the lag.

However if fast pull and release left mouse button then photo moves smoothly, this makes me think that photoshop is not processing mouse input properly.

Bug is not showing when magnifier is standard size, panning is fast.

P.S. this bug is related to this one (link), as when magnifier open full screen for one image and i open another image in ACR curves lag also too much.
