photoshop menu locked in windows

Bug report and need solutions
In the past week, I randomly entered a blocked state when using photoshop. In this state, I was unable to click any buttons on the memu or switch to other tools, nor could I use any shortcut keys to save the canvas. In the end, you can only use the system to forcefully close photoshop.

P.S.
-I have reinstalled photoshop on adobe cloud
-I switched to the beta version and had the same problem.

Also can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
