Eu clico para abrir, ele carrega, aparece a página de carregamento mas chega ao final, simplesmente fecha, sem erro algum.

@cojhezo  We need more infos about your issue and your environment.

Since you posted in the Photoshop forum I think you're using Photoshop. If not please write which Adobe application and what version do you use.

Does it work in the past? If yes, what has been changed on your system before the error occur?

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the message word-by-word.

You wrote that you've done a reinstallation. Do you have done a clean installation?

If not, please ensure there are no stale or faulty preferences in your Photoshop.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Quit Photoshop.
  • Navigate to the preferences folder of Photoshop.
Windows: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
Note: This folder is hidden by default. To access files in the hidden user Library folder see the appropriate links below.
WindowsShow hidden files and folders in Windows
  • Move the entire Adobe Photoshop [Version] Settings folder to a safe place on your drive for a back-up of your settings. Then delete this folder.
  • Open Photoshop.

Photoshop creates automatically the appropriate settings folder with the default values. These changes will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install.

@Leandro_Dias8690 , @cojhezo

We need more informations about your environment.

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. Please make also sure that you have installed the Studio version and not the Game Ready version of your NVidia driver.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo
