Photoshop Navigator & Canvas Freezes, Can't Save

Sometimes when working, between 30 minutes and an hour, the canvas and navigator will suddenly become frozen. The rest of the program doesn't freeze but the canvas/navigator does not update. To make matters worse, when this happens any attempt to save will not complete. For example, if you save-as the document the dialogs will close as normal but the file won't save and will still have an asterisk. If you try to legacy export for web it says an error occured. If you close the program it will ask if you want to save, and if you say yes it goes back to the main program and never saves.

Latest version of Photoshop 2025, Adobe Cloud, and latest version of Windows 11 as of 3/12/2025. Default Photoshop settings (happens on a fresh install, already tried reinstalling). Nvidia RTX 3050 on desktop.

I want to make Adobe aware of this issue. Hopefully it's happening to others as well. When I had Photoshop 2024 and it never happened. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
