Photoshop ne s'ouvre pas

Depuis un mois Photoshop ne s’ouvre plus, dès que je clic sur le raccourci un message s’affiche « Problème insoluble Photoshop va se fermer » J’ai suivi les conseils trouvés sur le site d’adobe mais rien ni fait ni réinstaller ni les versions précédentes. Pourriez vous me conseiller, me trouver une explication et si possible une solution Merci d’avance Jean-Pierre

Essaye ça dans l’ordre :

 

1. Réinitialise les préférences → lance Photoshop en maintenant Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Win) ou Cmd+Option+Shift (Mac).

 

 

2. Teste sans carte graphique → renomme sniffer.exe dans le dossier Photoshop, puis relance.

 

 

3. Mets à jour les pilotes GPU (NVIDIA/AMD/Intel).

 

 

4. Si rien ne marche → désinstalle avec l’outil Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner puis réinstalle.

Bonjour, c'est bien la carte graphique qui pose problème avec la nouvelle
version de Photoshop. Je n'ai pas réussi à installer de pilote plus récent je
pense qu’elle est trop âgée, c'est une AMD Radéon HD 5700. Je changerais de
carte plus tard mais en attendant est qu'il y a une solution pour faire
fonctionner Photoshop sur ma configuration actuel ?

    I’m sorry to hear Photoshop won’t open for you — I know how frustrating that must be. To help us narrow this down, could you please share a few more details?

    • What version of Windows are you running?

    • Did Photoshop work normally before, and if so, when did the issue start?

    • Have there been any recent changes on your computer (Windows updates, antivirus, drivers, hardware, etc.)?

    • Does Photoshop open in Safe Mode? You can try the steps here: How to boot to Safe Mode in Windows.

    • Have you already tried using Adobe’s Cleaner Tool to fully remove Photoshop (including leftover folders) and then reinstall? If not, here are the instructions: Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.

     

    Please share the details above and let us know how it goes when testing in Safe Mode or after using the Cleaner Tool.

    Bonjour et merci pour votre réponse, donc j'utilise Window 10, J'ai fait des
    essais en mode sans échec Photoshop fonctionne, mais avec adobe creative cloud
    cleanerTool, je ne sait pas quoi choisir comme option pour désintaler photoshop
    ? Pourriez m'indiquer le bon numéro. Merci d'avance

    If booting in Safe mode allows Photoshop to function as expected, a third-party application is preventing Photoshop from functioning in normal mode. Please check any web plugins, firewall, or antivirus program on your device and temporarily disable them.
