Hi @danielep51870238! Thanks for sharing your System Info.

It looks like your graphics card drivers haven’t been updated in quite a while, about 28 months. When you get a chance, could you check for any available updates and see if that helps improve performance?

Appreciate your help!

@Aleke this is really strange, i update the drivers less than 4 months ago for sure, have not idea why it was loading the older one. now updated with the june version, and photoshop look like to work correct.

Hi @danielep51870238, and welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear you're running into trouble with Super Zoom. I gave it a try on my end but wasn’t able to reproduce the crash. Does this happen with a specific image, or is it happening across the board?

When you get a chance, could you share your System Info with us? You can find it in Photoshop by going to Help > System Info. Just copy the info into a text file and attach it here, or share it through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any other file-sharing service you prefer.

Thanks so much! 😊

Hi @danielep51870238! Thanks so much for sharing this.

Would you mind also grabbing your System Info from within the Photoshop app? That’ll help us see exactly how Photoshop is reading your setup. You can find it by going to Help > System Info in the menu.

Appreciate it!
