Photoshop : Non reconnaissance de direct x 12

Bonjour,

A l'ouverture photoshop indique que ma carte graphique est compatible direct x 11 mais pas 12.

Or c'est une nvida quatro 620 compatible direct x 12.

J'ai fait le diqgnostic dxdiag qui indique que direct x12 est installé sur l'ordi..(Win 10)

Qui peut me dire comment faire pour que photoshop reconnaisse direct x 12 ?

    @Gilles5E27 can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

        @Gilles5E27 have you tried updating the GPU driver from the Nvidia website, when installing go to advanced > custom install and perform a clean install
