Photoshop not printing correct colours with Epson TM C3500 printer

Hey all!!

I have Photoshop for Windows 10(64bit)( Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.4.0)

I create My own labels, colours and design. And Im wondering why it will not print the colours correctly with the Epson Colourworks TM C3500?  My colours is a nice magneta; and everytime i print it, it comes out orange or red orange. Ive attempted to use "photoshop choose colours", RBG, normal proof, hard proof, Ive attempted to let the printer choose colours and all sorts of settings.  Nozzle is cleaned, new ink and so on and so on.  Unsure why this is going on? Advise please?  Ta much

    @sjsdrums430 ideally - I'd suggest you use "Photoshop manages Color" and select an ICC profile specifically named for your printer, the ink and media in use. 

    That should make the printer behave correctly.

    Now - viewing, if you are viewing your created image colour on an uncalibrated unprofiled display then you'll be REALLY very lucky to get a match to print.

    Each device needs to have an accurate ICC profile to describe its characteristics to Phootshop (or Illustrator) 

    Plus, some onscreen colour will be beyond the gamut (colour range) of a printer. Read about Phootshop's "gamut warning" which can help predict which colours are out of range.

    Update, tried the same thing on Illustrator.. Not sure what settings, perceptual, absolute? and the sort of RGB settings... trying to get this right. Thanks again
