Photoshop not working on iPad

How do I use Photoshop on my new iPad Pro 11 inch m4?

 

Apple pencil is not making marks and there are no tools visible.

What version of Photoshop, & the iPadOS are you working on? Please record the screen of your iPad while using Photoshop & share the video with me through a private message in my profile.

There is a limitation for Photoshop on the iPad with the Type C variant of Apple Pencil 2.
