le chargement d'image n'en finit pas, même si on essaye avec un petit fichier de 400ko!

Il n'y a pas de message d'erreur mais le chargement tourne en boucle

Does your computer meet or exceed the system requirements for Photoshop on the Web?

Bonjour,

J'ai lemessage "votre système ne dispose pas de la configuration minimale..." et pourtant:

Le système semble conforme à la configuration requise pour Photoshop sur le web

macOS Monterey V12.7.1

MacBook Pro (13 pouces, 2016, deux ports Thinderbolt 3)

Mémoire 8Go 1867 Mhz LPDDR3

Disque de démarrage Macintosh HD

Graphisme Intel Iris Graphics 540 1536 Mo

Numéro de série CO2SKW7JGVC1

Navigateur Chrome 124.0.6367.93 (Build officiel) (x86_64)

La bibliothèque est vide, je ne peux pas l'actualiser (aucune personnalisation)

Merci de votre aide

Cordialement,

Dominique

In a first step please try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences

It's recommended to backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#backup-photoshop-preferences

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
