Photoshop OpenGL not working with Integrated AMD Radeon

As the title says, I get the pop-up box that says certain tools are only available with OpenGL enabled document windows in Photoshop 2024 on Windows 11. I have tried several methods, including updating the driver for my integrated AMD Radeon Graphics, toggling boxes in Photoshops performance menus, etc.

One thing I notice is when I do the GPU Compatibility check, an update is recommended even after updating both through windows and AMD's website and software. 

When I start Photoshop, everything works as expect for approximately 5-10 minutes before it stops working again. 
Any help would be appreciated.
