Photoshop Plugin - Generator not starting on Windows 11

Hey

One of my clients has a strange problem. When they go to Photoshop>options>plugins>enable generator.

>OK< to accept.

The window usually on my system hangs for 10-15 seconds where it starts the generator.

However, on his system, it instantly closes.

Once we try to connect to PS and send commands nothing happens.

Does any1 know where I can read logs/how to debug this kind of issue?

As far as I can tell they have a "new" system and it should "just work". I've spun up vm 1h ago to 2x test it and everything works too which is a bit worrying.

They do have German windows/photoshop tho, and it tends to "break" when we ask it to run code & usually, we change it to English language and all works but this time nothing help.

Any ideas?
