Photoshop psdc files not downloading

Question

When dowloading psdc files from photoshop it gets stuck and wont make any Progress. I work on Windows.

I normally switch a lot from PS on IPAD and on my win pc. didnt happen previously. PS ver 26.9.

I already tried:

uninstalling

logging out

restarting pc

closing all cc and ps processes

I fixed it by deleting files that didnt sync properly. Had some really far back in the catalog that where somehow stuck

Hi ; Hope you solved your problem (?) . I have the same issue and I can't solve it.

I use fresco İPAD ( psdc file) , at the same time, I used to work with the same file in photoshop desktop in my windows PC. BUT now I can't snyc the files and also can't open the fresco ipad documents in photoshop. As you said ı tired all of the things as you listed. but doesn't work. =( at the end of the day it is uselees to use creative cloud if ı can't solve it.
