I am trying to print a photo to Epson XP 15000 and it automatically comes up to image size of 4x6, but I want it to be the size of the image which is 5 ½ x7.  Every time I try to change it, Photoshop closes.  I have reinstalled Photoshop, my print drivers, reset my preferences, removed other printers...I don’t know what to do next.  I saw where I should change color management, but it doesn’t show on my version the same.  I have also checked the printer spooler service to make sure it is ON and automatic.

I have Windows.

I would appreciate any help you can offer.

It’s a new printer, which I can return, I’m just worried that it’s not a printer problem. and it will happen with a different printer.

Hi!  Thank you for your reply.  As a last ditch effort, I reinstalled everything, both printer and Photoshop.  Because it is a new printer, I expected it to install the latest driver, because I installed from internet, not from CD...I was wrong.  I went to Epson and downloaded the latest driver as you mentioned and it works!  THANK YOU!

Can you print from other applications? Have you downloaded the most recent driver and not used the one in the box?
