Photoshop Remove Tool Under Performing

The Remove Tool although a great start, is still under performing. During the PS perodic updates I recall seeing updates to the app. However, what I believe to be an easy removal took 3 attempts before I finally had to use the Clone Stamp tool to clean it up. 

Really be nice if Adobe had a Changelog to record in detail what was changed during the update.
