Photoshop responds poorly to Stage Manager

@lloyd_pdx Since the app window only behaves oddly when trying to move it after recalling it from "off-stage," and since no other apps do this, the issue is very likely a conflict between that specific version of Photoshop (26.10) and the way macOS Sequoia 15.6.1 manages app windows within Stage Manager, which can sometimes result in strange, unintended window-repositioning glitches until either Adobe or Apple releases an update to smooth out those interactions.

You already noticed this, but the most reliable workaround is to recall Photoshop by clicking its icon in the Dock. You could try Resetting Photoshop's Preferences: Sometimes corrupted window settings within Photoshop itself can cause these glitches. You can try resetting its preferences (which restores it to default settings). Close Photoshop completely. Then, immediately hold down Command Option Shift while launching Photoshop. When prompted, confirm that you want to delete the settings file. (Just be aware that this will reset any custom workspaces, shortcuts, or scratch disk settings you may have configured). Or if you prefer, you can disable Stage Manager while you are heavily using Photoshop. You can access the Stage Manager settings in your Mac's Control Center or System Settings > Desktop & Dock.
