PHOTOSHOP RESTARTS MY PC EVEYTIME I USE IT

so out of the blue photoshop has decided to completly restart pc every time i use it. after opening the app and using for about 2 min the pc completely shuts down with no warning like its being unplugged and then turns back on. its a strong gaming pc with lots of storage memory etc, thats what makes it really wierd. i can run any game no matter how demanding but i cant use photoshop. ive tryed different ways to fix it but nothing has worked. It cant be overheating over anythign like that because ive check the temps and they are all fine. ive reinstalled, tryed studio driver, wtahced numerous tutorials, made it administrator, updated evrything on my pc, i also recently did a hard reset on my pc so its really fresh. i also cant open ps within adobe cloud idk what that abt. please help if u can i have no idea what i should do.

In a modern operating system an application, like Photoshop, can't crash the entire system and shut down the PC. However it can call on a driver or hardware function that can in turn cause such a crash.
Check the Windows reliability monitor and look at what caused the crash. If you click and view the detail it should point you to what actually caused the issue e.g. a common cause may be a GPU driver.
The other potential cause is a hardware fault such as faulty RAM or disk. You can use Windows functions such as Chdsk to check the disks and download Memtest86 to check your RAM.
