Photoshop's NEW Offline AI: No Credits, No Internet BUT VERY SLOW???

I was just doing the steps from this video:
 


But unlike on the video, for me it is VERY slow to process this.
I am running a very capable 19400K with 64GB of fast DDR5 RAM and an RTX 5080
Anyone else experiencing slow performance?​​​​​
