Photoshop Save for Web Causing "Unknown Error"

My Photoshop has started to kick back an "unknown error" message when I go to save for web (legacy). I had a coworker open and save for web from his machine and it worked perfectly fine, so I believe this is isolated to my program/machine and is not an issue with the file. I tried restarting my computer as well as uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop – no luck. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Or does anyone have a potential solution? I'm attaching an image of the error message for reference...
