Photoshop show's Time Limit

I’m having an issue with Photoshop 2026 showing a “Time Limit” prompt. I have an active Photography Subscription (Lightroom + Photoshop), and my payments are up to date. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop, but the Time Limit warning still appears.

What I have done and it seems working well now:

Since my payments are up to date, have a valid Photography Plan, and reinstalling didn’t fix it. I guessed that Adobe sees my apps as trial versions, and that Photoshop can’t read or refresh its license, even though Adobe’s servers say I'm entitled: I deleted possible corrupted OOBE licensing cache. Resync Creative Cloud sign-in to unblock Adobe licensing services. And reintalled Photoshop. Done!

Thank you very much for your insights and advices!

PS Elements 2026 or actual Photoshop?  They are two different products.

PS Elements is a 7-day trial, after which you must activate the 3-year license with a valid serial number or registration key.

Photoshop & Lightroom are subscription based. Simply log-in to Creative Cloud Desktop app with your paid Adobe ID (email) & password.  Launch the apps from Creative Cloud Desktop.

Nancy, @juan contreras is using Photoshop, not Photoshop Elements. He told us: “I have an active Photography Subscription (Lightroom + Photoshop).”

Was there a period of time when you were not connected to the internet? Or is this happening even IF you are connected to the internet? One should be able to use Adobe apps for a certain period of time while not connected, though I can’t recall if it’s a certain number of hours or days.

Thank you. Good point, but the computer has been full time connected to the Internet. It must be something else
