Photoshop shows This feature is currently not available

Hello,
Photoshop Generative Fill shows “This feature is currently not available”.

My subscription is active and I have Generative Credits available.
I already reinstalled Creative Cloud, reset firewall, signed out/in and accepted Firefly terms.

please help me

    Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. We'll need specific workflow info to be sure. Please share a video of the issue and the system info from Photoshop Help > System Info. Copy and paste it into a text document, then upload and attach it here.

     

    I reviewed the account you used to log in and found an active EDU subscription. If an IT team manages the device, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkga


    You can also try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on a different device & internet network to rule out a network issue.

      ​@Sameer K I have shared all the details in a text document as you requested. My account is not managed by any IT team, and when I use the Photoshop Web version, this error does not appear. However, on the desktop version, Generative Fill only works occasionally and most of the time it does not work at all.
